Role Overview
We’re seeking outgoing, motivated Sales Representatives in Orange County, CA to help expand our client base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in networking environments, enjoys building relationships, and is active across social media and community events.
What You’ll Do
Attend business networking events across Orange County (Chambers, industry meetups, mixers, etc.)
Leverage your personal network, social media presence, and local connections to generate leads
Educate small business owners about Fractional CFO services and financial management solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Coordinate introductions and meetings with our financial team
Represent the company professionally in-person and online
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Active involvement in local business communities (or desire to be!)
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Experience in sales, business development, or networking-heavy roles (a plus, not required)
Self-motivated, Familiarity with social media platforms for outreach and brand building
