We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a tight-knit culinary team. MUST HAVE experience in kitchens.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and standards
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
● Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization
● Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
● Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
● Previous kitchen experience (line or prep) preferred, but willing to train the right person
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
● Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
● Team-oriented with good communication skills
● Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs
