An established, family-owned, operated, fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Lead Pantry line cook. Only apply if you have experience in a fine dining kitchen as a pantry cook.
The position is to lead the pantry station and the candidate must have previous experience in the pantry station, knife skills, following recipes, and plating. The position includes prepping the station to be ready for service. Must be able to work fast under pressure, organized, clean, creative, professional, willing to learn, and reliable. Hourly pay PLUS TIPS. Schedule is 6 days a week from 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Include your resume along with professional references.
