We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our fast-paced café team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen.
Schedule:
Typically 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM, with occasional later shifts depending on business needs
You will be responsible for entering the café and starting prep before opening
Responsibilities include:
Operating the meat slicer and prepping all café meats
Preparing side salads, chicken salad, tuna salad, dressings, sauces, and other daily items, etc.
Ensuring proper sanitation practices, accurate food labeling, and strong organization at all times
Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation and properly cleaning all tools
Washing dishes as needed
Working efficiently and communicating with the team to ensure the kitchen stays fully stocked for the day
Must have valid food handlers card, and reliable transportation. We would prefer someone with kitchen experience.
