Hiring 1 solar labor helper for a project tomorrow 12/19/2025
If all goes well, there is potential for more work.
We will be uninstalling a solar system. So not much knowledge of solar is needed but it is a plus. We will meet in Indio, CA and drive out to the jobsite in 29 palms.
Installation of Solar Inverters (experience in this area a bonus)
Installation of Battery systems (experience in this area a bonus)
-Ability to take direction well
-Show up promptly
-Positive customer service attitude-Ability to work well in team environment
-Assemble all components of a residential solar system
-Maintain a clean work site
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Attention to detail
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
MUST have own tools and Transportation.
