Carpenter needed for property management company. Jobs will consist of all aspects of exterior and interior building renovations. Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, LVP installation, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
Must have experience Full time position! Hours are Monday - Friday 8 - 5 PM
Carpenter:
Must have 7 years of experience as a carpenter.
Must have reliable transportation - Must have own Truck and Tools
Paint with Brush and Roller
Drywall - Hang, Tape, Mud, Texture
Finish Carpentry - Baseboards, Door Trim
Be able to lift 60lbs
Speak and understand basic English
