Seeking an experienced, knowledgable in several types of laws, doing all documents that pertain to family law, probate, civil and small claims, mostly.
Must possess a Legal Document Assistant certificate with a Paralegal degree, or law degree and obtain an LDA prior to starting work. The position is part time to start and will lead into more if you actually understand what you are doing and jobs get done on time for our clients.
We also need a registered process server, and admin assistant. Please have at least 5 years experience.
Must pass a background check and drug test, prior to hiring as well. All certifications, degrees must be current and from the United States.
