Job Summary
This is a 1 person office and it involves running the office including various clerical responsibilities as well as having customer service related skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Functions to be performed but not limited to are:
-Bookkeeping experience required
-AP/AR knowledge is a PLUS
-Bank reconciliation
-Writing contracts
-Scheduling estimates
-Paying various bills (on a timely basis)
-Type 30+wpm
-Answering phone (Phone Etiquette)
-Knowledge of Quarterly reports
-Setting up upcoming Construction Schedule
Qualifications and Skills:
Office management or Office Assistant experience required
Construction experience (Concrete) a plus.
QuickBooks Online Experience a must (Min.3 yrs.).
Bookkeeping a PLUS
