About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly front-of-house team member to handle pizza counter service, cashier duties, and responsible beer & wine pouring. This role is customer-facing, perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and keeping things moving smoothly during rushes.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
Take orders accurately in the POS system (Toast experience is a plus)
Pour and serve beer and wine responsibly in compliance with local laws
Verify IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and expo team
Keep the front counter, bar area, and dining space clean and organized
Restock beer, wine, cups, lids, and front-of-house supplies
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned
Jump in where needed — because restaurants are a team sport
Requirements
Must have or be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
Previous cashier, food service, or beer/wine experience preferred (but not required)
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and drama-free
Weekend and evening availability required
