Floor Supervisor position open for an experienced or an entry level restaurant manager. At a minimum, the duties will include supervising and organizing front of the house staff, running the floor during serving hours, opening and closing the restaurant, and associated administrative taskwork. The position is 5 days a week, approximately 40 hours per week. Must have open availability to work any day and day or night. Management background a plus, but we are also open to having this be an entry level management position for someone looking to build a career on their previous front or back of the house restaurant experience. Ideal for a manager wishing to elevate a staff performance through training, feedback, and leadership.
