Field Laborer / Helper — Residential Decks & Patio Covers (North County, San Diego)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm (occasional OT)

About the role
We build high-quality residential decks and aluminum patio covers. We’re adding a Field Laborer/Helper who is hard-working, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
What you’ll do
Load/unload and stage materials at job sites and our yard
Work alongside a field foreman and project manager to install decks and patio covers
Basic painting and surface prep
Move, lift, and organize materials and tools
Cut, prep, and prepare materials to perform daily tasks safely, efficiently, and on time
What we’re looking for
Previous construction experience required (carpentry and/or aluminum patio cover experience a plus)
Self-starter: dependable, honest, and able to follow directions and ask good questions
Able to lift 50–80 lbs, work outdoors, and use hand/power tools safely
Valid CA driver’s license and insurable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Based in North County San Diego (daily starts from our yard)
