We are a growing construction and development company based out of the Bonita / Chula Vista area and are currently looking for a Secretary / Administrative Assistant to help support daily operations and grow with the company long-term.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, eager to learn, and wants to be part of a growing business. No prior construction experience required — we are willing to train the right person.
Pay
$20 – $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Send weekly and daily email blasts for client follow-ups
Assist with email communication and basic customer service
Track project status and stay involved with where each project is at
Help manage subcontractor schedules and coordination
Learn and use our project management system (Buildertrend)
General administrative support to keep the company running smoothly
Training
Full training provided
Buildertrend training classes will be provided online
We are open to candidates with or without experience
Willing to train someone from the ground up
