We are seeking an Orthodontic Administrative and Patient Coordinator for a small private orthodontic office. Applicants must have 1-3 years prior experience in administrative duties and sales. Ortho/Dental experience in administrative duties is a plus. X-ray certification is a plus. Career change applicants are welcome. The right individual can be trained for this position if has the basic required skills.
Applicants must be able to:
Provide exceptional customer service to both patient and referring offices
Be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills
Have experience in scheduling and presenting treatment plans
Have strong computer, type 40+ WPM ,phone, and technical skills
Must be loyal, punctual, and dependable
Possess the ability to work independently and confident in making decisions and troubleshooting
Manage some social media and marketing
Be able to multitask and be extremely organized.
Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
