We are looking to hire an on-site manager for a 16 unit gated apartment building in La Mesa. This position comes with an apartment and rent compensation. Potential extra income can be earned from doing cleaning of units, minor maintenance and other turn-over needs. Position is available and start date is negotiable.
THIS IS A full time onsite manger with part time hours.

Responsibilities include:
-Market apartments online and by promoting rentals on the phone and in person. Showing & selling apt features & community details to prospective residents.
-Secure Holding Deposit, Security Deposit & rental applications (done through our site) from prospective residents. Work with the home office on completing leases.
-Ensure a high quality of resident service & communication and maintain a clean & safe community.
-Coordinate repairs and unit prep. Perform move-in & move-out inspections with attention to detail & company standards. Ensure maintenance requests are handled in a timely & professional manner.
-Minor maintenance of common area, parking and laundry area.
-Collect Rents when directed to do so, most tenants pay online. Post notices, address tenant issues when needed and document interactions. Some computer data input will be needed.
-Supervise contractors & vendors while on the premises. This usually for unit turn-over and or property projects.
-Represent management company in a professional manner. Bring a positive "can-do" attitude in person and on the telephone. Dress in a clean, professional manner appropriate for greeting the public.
-Adhere to Fair Housing Policy and ADA.
-Must have own computer or laptop
