No prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
No experience required—training provided.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to patrol large areas and assist in emergency procedures.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all residents and staff.
