What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital inquiries

Gather essential event details and route requests to project managers efficiently

Coordinate internally with operations, production, and interpretation teams

Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely follow-up

Help ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to project handoff

What We’re Looking For

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Professional phone presence and client-facing demeanor

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed under time-sensitive conditions

Comfort working with CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools

Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or professional services preferred
