Workers create a FREE profile, they select their trade and their location, and employers can find them instantly. When employers post their jobs to the platform, they designate what trade they want to broadcast the job to, and workers are alerted of jobs in their area that align with the job. The worker then views, and if they're interested, hits the 'loop me in button, and sends their profile over to the employer. They can then message one another through the platform.
