Finance Manager

Responsible for leading Wafer sites financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with site operations, central finance, and cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives, as well as ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team of two Finance Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement with strong analytical and business partnering capabilitiesAssist GMs to drive operation efficiency and performance improvementLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for site spending, capital, inventory, and operational costsAnalyze financial performance against budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations to improve resultsConsolidate divisional spending and perform detailed product-level cost analysisDrive blueprint cost initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve profitabilityChampion automation and transformation projects to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracyCollaborate with operations to track and control departmental budgets, unit rates, scrap, and inventoryMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial decision-makingDevelop business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investmentsAct as finance representative at site, ensuring smooth implementation of financial policies and processesServe as communication bridge between central finance and site operationsSupport internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and analysesParticipate in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
