We are a residential architectural design studio seeking support for ongoing design and documentation. A highly skilled draftsperson will also be considered, but architectural training and experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and developing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
Assembling complete design, presentation, and permit packages
Incorporating redlines with accuracy and efficiency
Communicating clearly via email, chat, and video
Coordinating architectural, structural, and site information
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (must have both)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Architectural education or experience in an architecture firm preferred
Understanding of residential construction and permitting workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Part-time contract with potential for ongoing collaboration.
