Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, Days into early evening(additional shifts available based on performance and demand)

Compensation: Commission on Wine Clubs, great hours and high business levels

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Weekend Floor Server to join our hospitality team at Vega Vineyard & Farm. You’ll represent the estate’s restaurant and winery in a professional, high-end environment — providing exceptional service while actively driving wine club signups, case sales, and strong daily sales performance.

This position begins as a weekend role, with the potential for more shifts and long-term advancement based on your results.

We are a zero-seniority property — advancement and scheduling are earned through performance, not tenure.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver polished, knowledgeable, and warm guest service in a luxury but relaxed dining environment

Present menus, describe dishes and wines through custom tastings, and tailor recommendations to guest preferences

Drive wine club memberships, case sales, and elevated daily sales totals

Maintain top-tier guest satisfaction ratings and actively resolve service issues

Success Metrics

Performance is measured by:

Wine club conversions and case sales volume

Daily and per-shift sales totals

Consistent positive guest feedback and return visits

Teamwork, professionalism, and service consistency

Qualifications

2+ years experience in upscale or fine-casual dining required

Wine knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality

Ability to thrive in a busy, guest-facing environment

Available both Saturday and Sunday and holiday Mondays to start

Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
