Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Customer Service Rep in Oakland, CA. In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking events
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit
Review resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients
Clearly communicate job duties and expectations to potential hires
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
Apply best practices in recruiting and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
2–4 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
