Piedmont Moving Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Agent to oversee commercial hospitality projects from start to finish.

You’ll oversee dozens of active projects at once — tracking incoming deliveries, organizing documentation, keeping clients informed, and working with our operations team to ensure every job runs smoothly. Projects can last several months and involve hundreds of items, so accuracy, communication, and structure are everything in this role.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate 30–40 customer projects throughout the year, from kickoff through final installation.

Track shipments, deliveries, and project milestones using Excel and our warehouse inventory software.

Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, confirming deliveries, and managing requests.

Partner with our Dispatch and Warehouse teams to schedule and prepare deliveries.

Maintain clean, organized project records and documentation.

Work with Accounting to verify and prepare accurate invoices.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced Excel skills — you should be comfortable working with formulas, sorting data, and managing spreadsheets.

2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support.

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to organization.

Confidence with numbers — able to review and reconcile billing or tracking reports accurately.

A proactive, dependable personality that thrives under deadlines and competing priorities.

Candidates will complete a short math test, an Excel test, and a written assessment as part of the hiring process.

Nice to Have

Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients or accounts.

Familiarity with delivery scheduling or order tracking tools.

Salary and Benefits

$42k-54k a year, depending on experience
