Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, Onsite Recruiter in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will be performing activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of national clients to ensure service and staffing levels are being met.
The Day-to-Day:
Build and maintain an excellent partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client’s staffing needs
Recruit and retain a talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure a high level of order fulfillment at all times
Screen and identify candidates aligned with specific job requirements
Provide timely and accurate reporting as required by the client at all times
Conduct thorough orientation with contingent workforce in accordance with the client’s requirements, policies & procedures
Build, maintain, and foster client relationships with the client management team
Required Skills/Abilities
Bilingual – English and Spanish is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year Recruiting, Customer Service, or Hospitality experience
Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral & written communication skills required
Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relations

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
$25.00 /hr
