Market Research Interviewer (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Location: Field-based (North Bay Area Transit Routes)
About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys being out in the community rather than stuck behind a desk? We are looking for outgoing Market Research Interviewers to join our team. In this role, you will travel on North Bay public transit routes to conduct in-person surveys with riders. Your work will directly help improve public transportation for everyone in the Bay Area!

The Schedule:
We are looking for team members available 3–5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. Schedule will be either Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat
Morning Shift: Starts at 7:30 AM
OR
Afternoon Shift: Starts at 11:30 AM
Shift Structure: 8-hour total shift (5–6 hours of active surveying; remaining time for travel and admin).
What You’ll Do
Engage: Approach transit riders professionally to invite them to participate in surveys.
Collect Data: Follow specific protocols to ensure high-quality, accurate survey results.
Navigate: Travel between assigned transit locations and routes efficiently.
Represent: Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful presence as a face of the project.
Who You Are
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Confident Communicator: You enjoy talking to new people and have a friendly, professional demeanor.
Physically Active: You are comfortable standing, walking, and boarding transit vehicles for 4–6 hours a day.
Transit Savvy: You are comfortable navigating public transportation (familiarity with North Bay routes is a major plus!).
Reliable: You are detail-oriented and can follow a strict schedule and survey protocol.
