Mother’s Helper Position

Seeking a Mother’s Helper for my wife. We have three young children under the age of six, as well as a new baby, and we could use some extra hands. We are looking for someone motherly, not a college student, as our family has been through a lot since the fires and needs someone emotionally mature and very grounded. Most of the sitter websites are university students, so no need to guide me there. We have a large property and would want someone who enjoys being outdoors with little ones. This is not a nanny position - Mom is present and active in homeschooling. We are looking to Village our children and prioritize connection and warmth over professional expertise. Pay is very open for the right candidate and schedule is flexible. Ideally someone located in or familiar with the Santa Cruz Mountains. Thanks in advance!
