Fast growing Robotics Club for kids are looking for energetic Instructors for the After-School program in schools. We are committed to bringing the joy of learning to our students; develop their best abilities and talents in engineering and design which help them succeed in school and in life.
Location: San Francisco, San Bruno
This is a part time position.
Who you are:
- Energetic person who loves working with kids
- Have joy for teaching, especially to younger audiences (elementary school)
- Experience working in an educational environment with kids age 5-8 years old.
- You do not need to have robotics experience, but you should be good with kids.
- Interested in learning robotics.
- Have a commitment to quality and a track record of being trustworthy, responsible, and reliable.
- Must pass a background check and CPR (we provide info and compensate the expenses).
- Classes are small size, not more than 12 students.
- You will need to be able to lift a container(s) that are up to 20 lb.
- Work hours during the week depend on the school but usually 1.5-2 hours per day between 2-5 pm. You will teach 1 class per afternoon
- Have your own reliable transportation
