Catering Chef — Full Time (Mon–Fri, Days)
Salary: $80,000/year
We’re seeking an experienced Catering Chef to lead our culinary team! This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and inspires others to do their best work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations for catering production
Lead, train, and motivate a team to ensure quality and efficiency
Collaborate with management to execute events and meet deadlines
Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency
Problem-solve and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume or fast-paced catering
Proven team leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (occasional weekends for special events)
