Our catering company—specializing in high-volume, delivery-style catering—is looking for a Sales Coordinator who can keep us organized, responsive, and running like clockwork.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to dive deeper into the hospitality world of catering sales, build strong client relationships, and grow into a future Sales Manager.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the friendly, professional voice of our company—answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails with clarity, accuracy, and hospitality.
Review, edit, and enter catering orders from our online ordering portal and third-party partners.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every communication and order.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and daily coordination.
Keep customer information, order notes, and schedules organized and up-to-date.
Assist with problem-solving, last-minute order changes, and quick decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
Uphold our brand through excellent writing, polished communication, and consistent professionalism.
