Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and maintain excellence at an assigned station
Work collaboratively to ensure consistency, precision, and quality across all dishes
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and food safety
Contribute creative input to menu development and seasonal updates
Support overall kitchen operations within a growing, dynamic team
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fine-dining or high-caliber kitchen
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
Familiarity with Korean and/or Taiwanese flavors and techniques is a plus/ not necessary
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Passion for learning, craftsmanship, and continual growth
Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed
