We are a small boutique timeshare property located in the heart of San Francisco, and looking for a desk clerk to join our team, You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent service and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities : Greet and assist guests in person and by phone /
Handle check-ins, check-outs and reservations / Must be reliable, handle detail oriented work and able to multitask/
Basic computer and office skills (training provided) / Previous hotel/customer service and bilingual a plus.
Schedule: full time / 40 hours
Mon/Tues/ Wed graveyard 11pm-7 am and Sat/Sun 3pm-11pm
