motivated Sous Chef to join our team and help carry forward our legacy of excellence.
What You’ll Do
Work the line four nights a week, rotating through all stations
Lead and manage kitchen staff with professionalism and clarity
Assist with ordering and inventory
Contribute to menu development and seasonal planning
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
Schedule & Expectations
Approximately 40–45 hours per week
Must be able to think on your feet and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
