We are currently hiring for the following positions: Waitstaff, Sushi Chef, Grill Cook, and Dishwasher.
- [ ] Waitstaff:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly valued.
- A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
- [ ] Sushi Chef:
- Prepare high-quality sushi using fresh ingredients and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Previous experience as a sushi chef is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and exceptional knife skills are crucial.
- [ ] Grill and Tempura Cook:
- Operate the kitchen station and prepare grilled dishes and tempura to the highest specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience with grilling techniques and tempura the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- [ ] Dishwasher:
- Clean dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
- Support kitchen staff as needed.
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to cleanliness is required.
