Hello!
Millennium is seeking an experienced part-time server to join our team. We are looking to fill Friday and Saturday dinner shifts immediately. Shifts begin at 3:15pm, with our final weekend seating at 9:30pm.
Serving at Millennium is for people who are genuinely excited about food, people, challenge, and teamwork. Millennium has been open for over 30 years, and our chef was among the first in the world to open an upscale vegan restaurant. We strive to provide service that is as thoughtful, refined, and exceptional as what’s coming out of the kitchen.
This role requires confidence and adaptability. Servers at Millennium manage frequently changing menus, large sections, special requests, special dinners and a fast-paced fine-dining environment—all while delivering warm, attentive service. Candidates must have strong wine knowledge and be comfortable guiding guests through multiple dining options, including à la carte and prix fixe menus, often simultaneously. The ability to stay organized and deliver seamless service while juggling these options is essential.
We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and who remains calm, positive, and solution-oriented under pressure. Comfort communicating clearly and respectfully with the kitchen team is essential.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of serving experience
At least 2 years in upscale or fine dining
Experience in fast-paced environments
Wine knowledge appropriate for fine dining service
