We are seeking an energetic and professional server to join our dynamic rooftop bar and restaurant. Located in a Hyatt Hotel close to Moscone Center, Oracle Park, and Chase Center, our venue offers a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service are essential. New employees must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly; read and listen attentively to understand food and beverage preferences, make informed recommendations, and take orders.
Accurately take food and beverage orders with a positive, professional attitude and enter them into the POS system for transmission to the kitchen and bar.
Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods, to confidently answer questions and upsell when appropriate.
Engage with guests in a friendly, hospitable manner to create a positive dining experience.
Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure guest satisfaction and proactively address and resolve any issues.
Assist food preparation and service staff as needed to support smooth operations.
Prepare and present itemized checks, collect payments, and accurately process transactions, including applicable sales tax.
Provide customer food and beverage service in a fast-paced full service restaurant
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced or fine dining full service restaurant environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service
Ability to work weekends and until work late as 12am if need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to thrive in a high-energy setting
Must be 21 and over
