Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, as well as general labor tasks on job sites. This role is essential to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Construct and set forms for concrete slabs, foundations, footings, and walls.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
Cut, shape, and install wood and metal formwork.
Operate equipment such as concrete saws, mixers, vibrators, and jackhammers.
Assist with general labor duties, including site preparation and cleanup.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a concrete carpenter/laborer.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and procedures.
Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with commercial and residential projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
