About The 418 Project
Since 1993, The 418 Project has provided affordable, accessible art space for all to Move and Be Moved. In 2021, we purchased our permanent home on the Riverfront in downtown Santa Cruz. Our vision is an inclusive arts center that feels like home—accessible spaces and programming designed for every body, regardless of age, body type, race, socio-economic or physical ability, gender, or sexual orientation. With long-term stewardship of our building, we are working to create impact that will last for generations.
