Billing to clients – including online sending of invoices from Quickbooks Online.
Cash receipts – including receiving online payments.
Payroll (using ADP Payroll)
Paying vendor, supplier invoices – either online or checks.
Insurance – monitor coverages, pay invoices, annual renewals.
Collections – stay on top of payments from clients.
Go through mail.
Check voicemail.
File paper invoices.
At least one day each week onsite. This is absolutely required.
