Position: Project Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Full-Time. Must be flexible.
Duties:
1. Oversee about 10+ jobs per month.
2. Make sure projects get completed in a timely manner and on budget.
3. Coordinate subcontractors.
4. Resolve any problems that come up.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in sales.
2. High management skills.
3. Must be organized, energetic, and very detail oriented.
4. Experience in construction.
5. Bilingual Spanish.
6. Computer/Tech savvy.
7. Must have a car/driver’s license.
Compensation: $7,000 per month + bonuses and gas.
