We are looking for an experienced apartment maintenance person for our 58 unit complex. Need to be able to balance unit turns, work orders and outside maintenance projects.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, carpentry, painting, etc are preferred.
On call availability for emergencies.
Possibility of living on site.
