Position: Account Manager + B2B Sales Representative in Construction Design.
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid/50 mile radius)
Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Duties:
1. Prospect new customers for the kitchen/bathroom showroom in San Jose.
2. Develop business with construction companies and developers.
3. Prepare pricing and quotations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
5. Goal is to sell finished materials for the kitchen and bathrooms.
6. Will be cold calling and meeting clients out on the field.
Requirements:
1. Must have 1 year of B2B experience. Construction/design background is a plus.
2. High customer relationship skills.
3. Energetic, driven, and a natural closer.
4. Experience in sales.
5. Must have good time management and communication skills.
6. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
7. Bilingual in Spanish or Hebrew is a plus.
Compensation: Base salary of $4,000 plus commissions (4-7% from total sale).
Average is $12K per month. No limit.
