You are representing a real, in-demand product backed by institutional financing — not a fly-by-night offer.
THE ROLE (NO SELLING)
You will:
Walk assigned neighborhoods with a team
Start simple, friendly conversations (script provided)
Educate homeowners on solar savings and $0-down options
Set qualified appointments
Get paid based on appointment quality
You do not close deals.
Senior consultants handle sales.
No cold calling.
No pressure tactics.
TRAINING
In-person training
Side-by-side coaching
Clear scripts and expectations
Ongoing support
No experience required — effort and consistency required.
PAY (COMMISSION ONLY)
This is 100% commission.
Top new reps are earning:
$1,800–$2,500 per week
$90k–$150k+ annualized potential
No cap.
