Core Requirements
Mindset (above)
Full stack software engineer
2+ years at a growth stage tech company (Series A – Series E)
4+ years total work experience
Bonus Points, Not All Required
Additional experience at big tech, related experience
Entrepreneurship or similar experience
Top-tier education
Experience managing people, working within medium to large teams
AI engineer, or mindful of the potential to build and deploy AI
Interest in or experience in verticals we are working on
The Role
You are going to build this from the ground up; there is some leeway on tech stack, it is helpful if you are coming in with a perspective on what tools you like to use and why
Be a full partner and decision maker with respect to product development
Be a thought partner on investment into technical workstreams with a mind for short and long-term ROI (MVP, A-level, B-level)
Runway to grow into more business-side responsibilities based on your preferences over time
Compensation
Equity: You will get a full and equal co-founder stake on a 4-year vest, with valuation built-in based on existing funding
Cash: Below market, but liveable wages while initial equity is vesting. Nevertheless, based on funding there is an opportunity to get something from Day 1 and to see that grow within the first 4 years. Market salary thereafter.
