Standard Fab is looking for a leader to manage a small welding and fabrication shop that specializes in custom work. This person must be a welder by trade and have the ability to fabricate on a daily basis.
Must be 100% reliable, sober, and accountable.
Must be proficient in MIG , TIG, stick, and have knowledge with traditional shop tooling.
Must have leadership skills to manage at least one young helper.
This is a great position for someone that has a vision to build some really cool stuff for some very high end clients. This position could be great for someone with 5 years experience to someone that has 20 years experience. I just need to plug someone with experience that can keep up with our growth . Field installs happen weekly, but most work happens at the shop.
We build Gates, chimney caps, kitchen hoods, art pieces, wine cellars, you name it!
Forklift experience and a clean driving record is necessary.
Hours are 7-3:30 or 8-4:30 Monday-Friday.
(4) 10’s is also possible .
