We are looking for carpenters who bring real experience with the following:
Exterior siding installation including cedar shingles, T and G, and lap siding
Water resistive barrier installation including wrap, flashings, sealants, and rainscreen systems
Interior trim installation including doors, casing, baseboard, crown, and custom details
Ability to read plans and follow structural and architectural details
Strong framing knowledge including layout, light structural work, blocking, and backing
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Reliable communication skills with the ability to speak, understand, and follow directions in English in a fast paced environment
Ability to work clean, arrive on time, follow instructions, and produce a quality finish product every day
This position is for individuals who already operate at a true journeyman level. If you are still learning the basics, this is not the right fit.
