Our wonderful park is looking for a maintenance employee. (Excludes doing work inside mobile homes since residents own their own homes)
Responsibilities:
Be a positive and kind representative of the mobile home community to inquirers, residents and renters alike.
Repair water leaks, gas leaks, sewer and water stoppage.
Inspect/maintain/clean/repair clubhouse, laundry buildings, amenities, walls and fences, pools, spas, and related equipment and chemicals, common area lighting, faucets, drains, air conditioners, entry signs, mailboxes, gates and RV storage areas, etc.
The keeping of a Daily Log, with to-dos and work accomplished.
Monitor streets, unused areas, trash bins/areas and other common areas.
Water, mow, trim, weed lots.
Walk the park to record utility meter reads.
Pick up trash found on streets and common areas.
Perform pest control.
Provide monthly maintenance reports.
Care, protection and regular inventory of all maintenance equipment, tools, supplies, vehicles and other personal property of the park.
