Paralegal

Hall Hieatt Connely & Bowen, LLP seeks full time Paralegal who is in compliance with Business & Professions Code 6450 with at least 2+ years of experience with knowledge of the California Rules of Court and Code of Civil Procedures. Candidate will support attorneys in all phases of litigation. Must possess knowledge and experience in drafting and responding to all types of discovery, pleadings and subpoenas. Summarize, index, upload/download documents along with trial preparation and deadline calendaring. Superior detail orientation, written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills. Ability to handle pressure, prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines. Salary commensurate with skills, education and experience.
