Reeves Auto Repair is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet guests, handle calls, manage messages, write up repair orders at the front counter, and support day-to-day shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, check them in for service, and create repair orders/work authorizations
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; check and return voicemails promptly
- Monitor and respond to customer text messages and emails; ensure nothing is missed
- Schedule and confirm appointments; coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups
- Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and the service team
- Process payments and print or email invoices; help explain services as needed
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in our system
- Provide general shop support: filing, stocking supplies, keeping front counter tidy, light errands/parts pickup as needed
Qualifications
- Customer service or front-desk experience required; auto repair experience is a plus
- Strong phone, email, and text communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software; shop management software a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional errands)
