Office Assistant – Full-Time (Paso Robles, CA)
Small corporate office in Paso Robles seeking a dependable full-time Office Assistant to support several affiliated businesses. This is an in-office position with a variety of daily tasks.
Duties include:
Data entry and basic administrative work
Organizing office files (paper & digital)
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Mail pickup and distribution
In-town errands and deliveries
DMV visits for multiple company vehicles
General office support as needed
Requirements:
Prior office experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Helpful but not required:
Spanish speaking
Familiarity with DMV processes
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
