Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced in ArchiCAD

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled ArchiCAD user to join our production team. The ideal candidate will contribute to drawing production, modeling, and documentation across multiple project phases.
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models in ArchiCAD
Assist with design development and construction documentation
Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants and project teams
Maintain BIM and office drafting standards
Qualifications:
Proficiency in ArchiCAD (minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience)
Experience in an architectural office preferred
Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Bonus Skills:
Rendering or visualization experience in Enscape
Knowledge of U.S. building codes and permitting processes
Graphic or presentation design ability
Preference:
First preference will be given to local candidates who can collaborate in-office or on-site as needed.
