This home supports three adult women (ages 26–31) with developmental challenges who are independent in self-care but benefit from gentle reminders and a consistent overnight presence. Your role is essential to maintaining a calm, secure environment.
Responsibilities - Live-in hours required are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 AM, these hours are mostly sleep hours. Sleeping in the home nightly, ensuring the ladies are ready and safely boarded onto their morning transportation to day programs that pick up at the home, and providing light reminders to help them stay on routine.
Compensation includes $200 per week plus a full package valued at $1,400/month, which covers your private furnished room, all utilities, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and your monthly groceries.
